Mindset Mastery Fearless Friday / Do one more!

Our mindsets can convince us to do all kinds of things. As you end your week, challenge yourself to do one more.

Work through the resistance, work through the uncomfortable feelings. And as you work through your next workout, your next timed run, your next whatever it is that you go for a certain amount of time or reps for, add one more to the end.

Your confidence doesn't come naturally, it comes from doing. So today, start doing one more, and you'll keep reminding yourself that you can and you will, because that's just what you do.
