When you're stressed, DON'T think about how to relax!!
Why is trying to relax and how to relax when you're stressed and under pressure a BAD thing?!
Because what is a better solution is thinking about what excites you. Shift your focus from what you are running from, and instead focus on what you're moving to or what excites you.
